This 6-hour, instructor-led, course is designed for adult learners seeking a BRIEF introduction to the BASIC features of Microsoft Word. Adult learners will work with:
1.      The Microsoft Word Interface/Components
2.      Document navigation and selection
3.      Text/paragraph formatting/editing
4.      Table Tools and Features
5.      Proofreading Tools and Features
6.      Graphics Tools and Features
Required Prerequisites:
Recommended Prerequisites:
Completion of Computer Survival Skills (CSS) Classes 1 and 2, or
A score of at least 80% on the Computer Skills Assessments from Courses 1 and 2
Adult Learner Supplies:
Notepad, Pen or Pencil
